Vauxhall has announced that all NHS workers driving a Vauxhall, regardless of the vehicle’s age, mileage or past service history, will now have Vauxhall’s Roadside Assistant.
This means that if any NHS staff member breaks down in their Vauxhall (either at home or on the road) the service team will aim to repair the car. If this isn’t possible the vehicle will be recovered to a Vauxhall Authorised repairer or a independent garage within a 10 mile radius. A taxi will be provided to a single destination.
Vauxhall is committed to providing continued support to essential services and key workers, many of whom drive Vauxhalls, during this time. Keeping our NHS colleagues mobile is vital, and will hopefully offer some reassurance to them while they go about their business.’
Said Stephen Norman, Vauxhall’s Managing Director.
To use Vauxhall’s Roadside Assistance, all that the NHS worker needs to do is call 0800 197 2049 and quote “NHS Key WORKER”.
