Take a good look……This is the new fresh face-lifted Audi A3.
Audi have updated their best selling compact hatchback.They have not just updated the tech inside…but produced a new front grill, new bumpers and Matrix LED headlights.
Inside you will be able to specify the Audi Virtual Cockpit as an optional extra. This cockpit will display the speedo, sat nav etc in high resolution 12.3 inc diagonal TFT screen. This is also seen on the new TT and new R8 (which I was very impressed with).
Audi have improved the infotainment system with MMI Radio Plus. It has an electrically extended 7-inch diagonal monitor as standard equipment.
As an optional extra Audi navigation can use and display Google Earth, google street view and real time traffic information. Now that will be useful in the real world.
There is more new tech on offer from Audi to assist the driver. These include:
Driver Assistance, Adaptive Cruise Control, Lane Assist and the new Rear Cross Traffic Assist. The latter to warn the driver of rear crossing traffic if reversing out of a parking space onto a road.

3 petrol and 3 diesel.
Petrol:
1.0 TFSI 3cylinder 115ps
1.4 TFSI 4 cylinder with cylinder on demand technology 150ps
2.0 TFSI 4 cylinder 190ps
Diesel:
1.6 TDI 4 cylinder 110ps
2.0 TDI 4 cylinder 150ps
2.0 TDI 4 cylinder 184ps

Did you really think Audi were going to drastically change the styling? No neither did I!!
But on a high note a 1.0 TFSI 3 cylinder engine that produces 115PS, now that is impressive.
