Alpine have released details on its all new and fully electric Sport Fastback A390.

The Alpine A390 was designed and built in France at the brand’s Dieppe faclilty.

According to Alpine, the A390 captures the spirit of the brilliant A110 in a 5 seater Sport Fastback, featuring a low centre of gravity and ideal weight distribution with 49% at the front and 51% at the rear.

It features three electric motors one at the front and two at the rear.

Two version are available:

GT   :  400 hp 0 to 62 mph in 4.8 seconds top speed of 124 mph

GTS : 470 hp and 808 Nm of torque ensuring that the GTS version can travel from 0 to 62 mph in just 3.9 seconds with a top speed of 137 mph.

The A390 is powered by an 89 kWh battery, offering a range of up to 345 miles.

Inside, it features a 12.3 inch and 12 inch style high definition screens.

Someone once said that life begins at 70, and that could well be true for Alpine with the arrival of this second model in the Dream Garage, one of seven electric models expected by 2030. In 2025, the Alpine A390 reminds the world that the soul matters more than software. For a car lover like me, it’s hard to imagine anything more exciting than reviving a legendary brand and projecting it into new territories, showing that the original recipe is more relevant than ever.

The A390 will be available to towards the end of 2025, with prices in France ranging from 65,000 to 76,000 euros. UK prices are yet to be confirmed.
