Porsche has upgraded its 911 for 2024, and the new 911 Carrera GTS now uses a lightweight T-Hybrid electric exhaust gas turbocharger.

The new 3.6 litre 6 cylinder boxer engine uses an electric motor in the 8 speed dual-clutch transmission (PDK), which supports the engine with an extra 150 Nm of torque and up to 40 kW of boost. Both electric motors are coupled to a lightweight battery.

The new Porsche 911 Carrera GTS combined power is 541 PS with 610 Nm of torque. 0 to 62 mph takes 4.1 seconds or 3.9 seconds with the Sports Chrono package and the top speed is 183 mph.

Prices start from £132,600.00 for the coupe 911 Carrera GTS.
