Earlier today, during a digital event, Ferrari launched the Spider version of their SF90 Stradale.
The SF90 Spider features a retractable hard top roof that can be opened and closed in just 14 seconds. The roof is 20mm lower and the cockpit has been moved forwards. The windscreen is more raked – compared to the coupe.
It uses the same plug-in powertrain and petrol engine as the coupe. It has 2 electric motors at the front axle and 1 electric motor at the rear. The combined power output of the units is 217 bhp. The 4.0 litre V8 twin-turbo engine produces 769 bhp.
The overall combined power of the electric motors and petrol engine is 986 bhp.
In eDrive mode the SF Spider can cover up to 15.5 miles and reach a top speed of 86 mph on pure electric battery power alone.
