Lancia has revealed details on its new Ypsilon HF, the high performance version of its all-electric model.

It features lowered suspension with a wider wheel track and its electric motor produces 240 hp. 0 to 62 mph will take 5.8 seconds.

For all you “old-skool” Lancia rally fans, which includes myself, you will appreciate this next bit:

The Lancia Ypsilon Rally 4 HF is a rally car for young drivers at the beginning of their careers or for the serious rally driver in the R4 Class and two-wheel drive championship.

Power comes from a petrol 1.2 litre 3 cylinder turbocharged engine that produces 212 hp. It is front wheel drive and has a mechanical limited-slip differential.

Lancia previews the Lancia Ypsilon HF, the high-performance version of the first car of the new era, due to arrive in the market in May 2025 and the Ypsilon Rally 4 HF, representing Lancia’s return to rally!
Lancia has always been in people’s hearts, also thanks to its competitive soul represented by some iconic models from a past that made of the brand the most successful one of all time in the rally world. And that sporty heart is starting to beat again today! And those same fans will be the new customers of Lancia of the future!

Said Luca Napolitano, Lancia brand CEO.
