The new Jaguar XE SV Project 8 has broken another race circuit lap record….proving its status as the world’s fastest production saloon car.
The new record was achieved at the WeatherTech Raceway Laguna Seca circuit California.
Racing driver – Randy Pobst managed to drive around the 2.238 mile race circuit in 1 minute 37.54 seconds. This new record is almost a second quicker than the previous production saloon car record at this race circuit.
