With the news that H.R Owen Ecurie has become the exclusive distributor for Rennsport Porsche in the UK, I had to pop along to the Cheltenham dealership to get a closer look.
If you didn’t already know, Rennsport is a Porsche restoration and re-creation company that can build and rework a Porsche 911 to your bespoke specifications.
This exceptionally beautiful 911 in Viper Green (which I have fallen in love with) is actually a 1986 911 Carrera Sport Coupe. It has been professionally reworked and rebuilt by Rennsport to make it look as if it is from the era of the classic 1960’s 911.
It’s not just the outside that has been reworked……. The engine in the rear is now capable of doing 160mph thanks to its power upgrade.
