First Production NSX Sold At Auction

We Blog Any Car can report that last week at a car auction in the USA, the first production NSX with the chassis number #001 sold for £842,500.00
This price is almost 10 times more than its on the road price.
The car was bought by Rick Hendrick owner of the Hendrick Motorsports NASCAR team and all the money raised was donated to children’s charities the Paediatric Brain Tumour Foundation (North Carolina) and Camp Southern Ground (Georgia).
Rick Hendrick will add this car to his museum collection in Charlotte, North Carolina.
