These are the first pictures of the rather nicely proportioned new Audi A3 Saloon.

Interestingly, the new A3 Saloon is now 4cm longer and 1cm taller than the previous model.  From the pictures it looks as if it hides its new size well. I am a big fan of the flared wheel arches.

Inside, it has a new 10.25 inch fully digital cockpit display and 10.1 inch MMI Touch screen as standard .

At launch there will be a choice of 3 engines, two 1.5 litre TFSI petrol units and one 2.0 litre TDI diesel unit. The new A3 Saloon will be available to order in the UK this Thursday with deliveries this summer. Prices start from £26,870 on the road.
