Ford have finally come to the 5 door small car party with this the KA+.
This KA+ promises to have class-leading interior space with 21 stowage places, great fuel efficiency from its new 1.2 litre Duratec petrol engine and all the refinement you would expect from the bigger Fords.
Prices start at £8,995.
It is slightly shorter than its big sister the Fiesta but is 29mm taller. Ford inform me that it has enough legroom in the rear for a 6ft 5 passenger can sit behind a 6ft 5 driver. Impressive!!
The boot can accommodate 2 large suitcases and has 60/40 split rear seats.
There is a choice of 2 power output from the 1.2 litre Duratec engine. (70PS and 85PS).
Both engines achieve 144g/km of CO2 and a combined fuel figure of 56.5mpg.
Standard equipment include:
6 airbags, front fog lights, electric front windows, door mirrors, central locking, speed limiter alarm, hill start assist and tyre pressure monitoring system.
More brilliant news for would be customers of a new Ford KA+ is that it has the lowest insurance rating of any car in this segment.
