Another fantastic Practical Classics Classic Car & Restoration Show ended on Sunday, with a total of 26,958 classic car enthusiasts (an increase from last year’s attendance) descending on Birmingham’s NEC.

It was amazing to see so much knowledge sharing and skills being showcased by the clubs, especially with younger enthusiasts. I am so proud of our exceptionally strong and close community. Huge thanks to everyone involved – show partners, sponsors, traders and visitors as well as our motoring celebrities and the team from Practical Classics.

Said Show Director Lee Masters.

First place in the Lancaster Insurance Pride of Ownership Spring Final went to Rory Clague with his 1985 Vauxhall Nova Saloon.

The Dream Rides Garage was busy, featuring an array of cars offering passenger rides throughout the weekend, in collaboration with the Sporting Bears Motor Club raised £19,345.

Seven world records were achieved during the two day sale by Classic Car Auctions by Iconic Auctioneers, which saw a sales rate of 83%. The total sales figure from the weekend auction reached £4.5 million.
