It is a well know fact that Vauxhall has always lagged behind Ford when it comes to classic car prices and status specially if the Ford has a RS badge on it. I am not entirely sure why, perhaps it’s just one of those things.

However, I’ve run through the prices of these modern classics that recently sold at the Classic Car Auctions CarFest Silverstone Sale August 2026 and there are some interesting results.
