Alfa Romeo is returning to the world of “fuoriserie” (custom-build) cars with this the new 33 Stradale.
Limited to just 33 units, all of which have already been sold. (No surprise there then).
The new 33 Stradale will be offered with a 3.0 litre V6 twin turbo engine that delivers over 620 hp, with a 8 speed DCT gearbox that drives the rear wheels. Top speed is 207 mph. There is also a Battery Electric Vehicle (BEV) version with over 750 hp an estimated range of 280 miles (WLTP) and a top speed of 193 mph. Both versions will accelerate to 62 mph in under 3 seconds.
With the new 33 Stradale, we wanted to create something that lived up to our past, to serve the brand and to make the Alfisti fandom proud. Such a result could only have been achieved thanks to the expertise, hard work and passion of our team, with the support of management who have the clear ambition to contribute to writing chapters in the brand’s future, in full respect of its unique history. This is the brand’s first custom-built car since 1969, and I promise it won’t be the last.
Said Jean-Philippe Imparato, CEO of the Alfa Romeo brand.
This car pays serious homage to the original 1967 33 Stradale.
What do we all think on how it looks in the official Alfa Romeo pics?
If you ask me…I think it looks gorgeous! 😍
