20 years ago, Mitsubishi officially launched the iconic Lancer Evolution in the UK.The Lancer Evolution spanned 10 generations but, in the UK we had 5 generations.During its 15 years in the UK, 5728 Lancer Evolution’s were officially sold here. The first official Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution to be registered in the UK was a Lancer Evo VI Tommi Makinen Special Edition. There was only 250 of them sold officially through the Ralliart division and they were all sold out within weeks – priced at £32,995.

In 2015, the last and most powerful model to be officially sold in the UK was the Lancer Evolution X FQ-440 MR. 40 were produced and it was priced at £50,000. They were all sold out in a matter of hours.
