This is the Vision Mercedes Maybach 6.
Its a concept car but just take a look at it. I don’t think I have seen a concept car so big. The word that comes to my mind when I saw it was “EXCESS” in every way!
Head of Design at Daimler AG Gorden Wagener said this;
“Our glamorous coupé, the Vision Mercedes-Maybach 6, represents the ultimate in contemporary luxury. It is hot and cool.” “With its intelligent appeal and reduced, technoid look, it perfectly embodies our design philosophy of sensual purity and our pursuit of aerodynamic efficiency.”
It is a 2+2 seater that is almost 6 metres long. That measurement surprises me because standing there looking at it, it looks so much longer.
It is a all electric car with an output of 550 kw or 750 hp.
Inside the concept car it has a whole aray of concept car technology but this one I have highlighted. It has sensors inside that monitor the passengers. Mercedes call them “body sensor displays”. These scan the passengers and monitor, for example, their vital functions.
Its a pity that it couldn’t scanning my body vital functions while I was looking at it on the stand. I wonder what its findings would be……………..
