It may be the end of the season for F1 and other racing categories, but 2017 racing season is only just around the corner.
Save this date in your calendar for the 2017 Autosport International show:

12-15 of January 2017.

Autosport International Show is the place to be to kick-start next years motorsport season!
The event will have all the leading performance engineering, automotive and motorsport exhibitors. There will also be many trade stands where you can browse and pick up a bargain (I’m looking forward to buying some new karting gear). Readily available are people in “the know” if you are looking to start in motorsport, be it as a career, racing karts or you are looking to progress into other racing categories. Do you have a race set up question? Help will be at hand. It’s a great place to ask a question and to do some networking.

Williams Martini Racing will be at the Autosport International Show celebrating their 40th anniversary with Williams drivers, team members, Williams Advanced Engineering and Williams Heritage.
On display will be Nigel Mansell’s 1992 Drivers Championship winning FW14B,
Damon Hills 1996 Drivers Championship winning FW18 and the FW25.
Even the 1979 FW07, ground effect car Cosworth DFV V8 engine driven by Alan Jones and Clay Regazzoni.

Last year Williams Martini racing constructed their motorhome in the NEC which was the first time that this has happened outside the F1 racing paddock.

Claire Williams, Williams Martini Racing Deputy Team Principal, said:

“We get such great support from the fans and we can’t wait to be able to give something back at Autosport International. We’re looking forward to showing off some of our most famous racing cars from the past four decades. It’s also a fantastic platform for us to showcase Williams Advanced Engineering and Williams Heritage”.

Ginetta Cars will be at the show and they are giving visitors a passenger ride around a drift course in a Ginetta G40. At the end of the ride you can collect your photograph of your time in the car. The drift ride only costs £20 per person.

The 5,000 seater Live Action Arena will have a series of races and performances. You will be able to see and smell various different motorsport disciplines throughout the days.

Autosport International opens from the 12 – 15th of January 2017.
